Demo Notice

This is a demo application for the Pact Consent runtime. No real user data is collected or stored. All consent records are kept in memory and are lost when the server restarts.

What Pact Does

Pact is a first-party consent runtime that helps websites collect and manage user consent preferences. It creates hash-chained evidence of consent decisions that can be exported for legal review.

Global Privacy Control

Pact honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When GPC is detected, marketing, AI training, and data-export purposes are automatically denied before any third-party code can execute.

Data Purposes

Pact separates consent into distinct purposes:

• Essential: Required for basic functionality (always allowed)
• Analytics: Site usage and performance measurement
• Marketing: Advertising and conversion tracking
• AI Inference: Using data for AI predictions
• AI Training: Using data to train models (GPC denies)
• AI Evaluation: Using data for model benchmarking
• AI Human Review: Human review of AI interactions
• Data Export: Moving data to an external recipient (GPC denies)
